How long does processing take?

Most orders are processed within: 3–10 business days Custom and bulk orders may require additional time depending on order size and design complexity. During holidays, launches, or sales, processing times may increase.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom designs. When placing a custom order, please provide: Design inspiration or screenshot Garment type Size(s) Preferred colors Any personalization details You can contact us through our website, email, or social media pages to start your custom order.

What sizes do you offer?

Most apparel items are available in: Youth sizes Adult Small through 5XL (depending on product availability) Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Are your shirts true to size?

Most items are considered unisex sizing and fit true to size for a relaxed fit. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Incorrect size selection Color choice changes Buyer’s remorse If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Do colors appear exactly as shown?

We do our best to accurately display product colors and designs. However, colors may vary slightly due to: Screen/device settings Lighting Printing processes

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup and local drop-off may be available depending on your location. A small drop-off fee may apply.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping times vary depending on carrier and location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Tracking information will be sent once your order ships, when applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers. Additional payment options may be available for local/custom orders.

Can I request a rush order?

Possibly! Rush orders are accepted based on availability. A $10 rush order fee may apply. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

How should I wash my apparel?

To keep your apparel looking its best: Wash inside out Use cold water Tumble dry low or air dry Avoid bleach Do not iron directly on the design Proper care helps extend the life of your garment and print.
