Processing Time
Because our products are made to order, please allow: 3–10 business days for order processing and production before shipment Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the design and order size.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier used. Estimated shipping times: Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping: Varies by carrier availability Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup & Drop-Off
Wise Bear Creations may offer: Local pickup Local delivery/drop-off in select areas If applicable: A $5 drop-off fee may apply Pickup/drop-off details will be arranged directly with the customer
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Wise Bear Creations is not responsible for: Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer Delays caused by incomplete or invalid addresses If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wise Bear Creations is not responsible for: Shipping delays Lost packages Stolen packages marked as delivered If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with: Your order number Photos of the damaged packaging and item A description of the issue We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Rush Orders
Rush order requests may be available depending on production capacity. Rush orders are subject to a $10 Rush Order Fee Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability
